White sauce for Saint
Peter (Tilapia) in the oven
Ingredients:
2 cups of cold milk
2 tablespoon of maze
1 teaspoon of butter
1 little grated onion
Directions:
Season the fish with lemon, salt and Rosemary
Mix the milk and maze on the fire
Add the cheese, butter and onion
Stir until it´s creamy
Spread a little oil in the baking dish
Next put the fishes,
After that put the cream
Cover the dish with an aluminium foil
Roast the fish for about 20 minutes in 180 degrees Celsium
